Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Leumeah Public School — a dynamic and inclusive community dedicated to supporting every student to reach their full potential. We foster a culture of respect, diversity, and high expectations, where curiosity, collaboration, and strong partnerships with families are highly valued.
Our committed staff work hand in hand with families and the broader community to provide a safe, welcoming environment that nurtures students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
We warmly invite new families to join us and be part of our proud local community.
As principal, I encourage you to explore a school where opportunity, inclusiveness, and personal growth are at the heart of everything we do. Guided by our vision, “a school community striving for excellence,” we are dedicated to empowering all students to learn, achieve, and succeed.
We look forward to partnering with you to support your child’s journey and success.

Have a question for our principal or teachers?
Leumeah Public School recognises that communicating with parents is critical to effective partnerships and student learning outcomes. We are committed to open communication and encourage parents to reach out with any questions regarding their child.
For most matters related to your child's education and social needs, the classroom teacher will be your first contact. If the matter needs further attention, the following communicaiton process should be followed.
In line with the Expectations for Digital Communication Procedure and to allow teachers to maintain a healthy work-life balance, non-urgent messages and emails will be replied to within two school days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm (under normal circumstances). This means that teachers may not reply to non-emergency messages or emails outside of school operating hours.
For longer discussions or more complex issues, parents are encouraged to make an appointment to speak with teachers. In case of emergencies that include health, safety, or wellbeing issues, parents are asked to phone the school office.
