We understand that starting school can be both exciting and a bit daunting for many families. As the 2025 Kindergarten year approaches, we know that families may have many questions, and we are here to support their transition. To help ease this transition, several local schools have come together to host a Combined Schools Expo and information evening. This event is open to all families with children enrolling in Kindergarten in 2025. We also warmly invite staff from your center to attend if they would like to participate. Details of the Expo: Date: Wednesday, 16th October Time: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Location: Minto Public School - CNR Pembroke & Redfern Road, Minto Participating Schools: The Grange Public School, Minto Public School, Campbellfield Public School, Sarah Redfern Public School, and Leumeah Public School

As part of the Stage 1, Semester 2 Science and Technology unit, students will participate in an excursion to the Innovation Campus, Wollongong. Students will engage in hands-on exhibits, immersive science demonstrations and a planetarium experience to foster student curiosity of natural phenomena. Through an interactive STEM experience, students will solve a problem and develop essential skills required for the design thinking process.
